                Single Session = $50+HST
                Package of 4 (1x per week): $45/session = $180+HST  
                Package of 8 (2x per week): $42/session = $336+HST
                Package of 12 (3x per week): $39/session = $468+HST

                General nutrition advice & meal planning guidance.
                Program updates every 4-6 weeks, or, as needed.
