Overview
FIT-U Bridal Bootcamp offers all the elements included with FIT-U 721, but is specialized to suit the needs of the bride and her wedding party. At Bridal Bootcamp, functional exercises, nutritional guidance, unique equipment and multiple training techniques will be combined together to ensure that you reach your weight loss and fitness goals in time for your big day! The workouts will be tough and you will sweat, but you'll have fun while doing so, and you'll feel (and look) great after!
What to Expect
Goal setting:
Goal setting is a very important step along the path to success. This is especially true when it comes to fitness. Upon enrolment to Bridal Bootcamp, you will be asked to set a fitness goal. This goal needs to be SMART (specific, measurable, attainable, realistic and time-lined). For example, instead of setting your goal as: “To lose weight,” set your goal as: “To lose 10lbs in 3 months.”
It is important that you set your goal before the end of your first week at FIT-U. Then, you and your instructor will design your personalized fitness and nutrition program to help you attain your goal.
Nutritional Guidance:
Proper nutrition is the key to the development of a healthy lifestyle! Your Bridal Bootcamp Membership includes a one month sample meal plan, based on your individual food journal, goals, lifestyle, and food preferences. Additionally, different nutrition topics will be discussed each month! You will learn how to bring healthy eating into your life.
Post-Wedding Guidance:
Rumor has it, that once you say 'I do,' you'll put on at least 10lbs over the next year. Every bride who signs up for a FIT-U Bridal Bootcamp will receive a gift certificate for 3 Partner Personal Training sessions that she and her husband can use together after the wedding. She will also receive a gym ball, exercise band and yoga mat as a wedding gift!

You pick the time, place (local park, back yard, home) and days!
- Train anywhere from 1x - 4x per week.
- 4 week, 6 week and 8 week programs available
4 Week Program:
