My philosophy is simple: Train in a way that fits YOU!
The human body is designed to be active and mobile. Stagnation results in numerous health problems. However, with today’s fast past society and numerous technologies that make everything easier and more attainable; it is very easy to become inactive. The key is finding a way to fit health and fitness into Your individual life. You need to do what works for you, but with so many options and ‘expert’ opinions out there, this in itself can be a daunting task.
The first questions you need to ask yourself are:
Is what I’m doing now working?
Do I feel healthy?
Do I feel energetic and strong?
If you answered "no" to any of those questions, then it's time to make a change!
If you let me, I will help you make that change! We will work together to create a program that works for you and fits your life. Whether you have 30 minutes, 3 times a week or 1-2 hours, 5 times per week, I will design a program that fits.
My goal is to make fitness fun! However, that does not mean it is going to be easy…
